The Birmingham Business Journal, in partnership with Âé¶¹¹û¶³, will host a 2024 Economic Forecast panel on Friday, January 12, at the Harbert Center in Birmingham.  The event will have various business experts discussing what’s ahead financially for the new year.

Âé¶¹¹û¶³ has been a long-time sponsor and host of the event.  This year’s session will feature Âé¶¹¹û¶³ Vice President of Advancement and Marketing and Professor of Marketing Dr. Betsy Bugg Holloway as moderator, and Brock School of Business Associate Dean Dr. Jeremy Thornton as a panelist. Other panelists include former Alabama Secretary of Commerce Greg Canfield and Anoop Mishra, Vice President/Regional Executive for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

The event starts at 7:30am with a breakfast, followed by the program that includes the panel.    Âé¶¹¹û¶³ students will receive free admittance to the event, with details coming out via email early next year.
