Âé¶¹¹û¶³'s trustee executive committee elected one new faculty member at an Oct. 31 meeting in Birmingham.
Xiaodong Wong was elected associate professor of pharmaceutical, social and administrative sciences. Wong has a doctorate from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Since 2005, he has been Assistant Professor, University of Toledo (Ohio) College of Medicine.
The next full meeting of Âé¶¹¹û¶³'s board of trustees will be Dec. 4 in Birmingham.
