Âé¶¹¹û¶³'s Praxis Project will present the Bill Russell/Henry Krieger musical "Side Show" June 10-12 at 7 p.m. in the university's Bolding Studio.

"Side Show," based on the true story of Depression-era conjoined twins Violet and Daisy Hilton, is the first musical to be produced by Praxis Project, which provides additional artistic opportunities for Âé¶¹¹û¶³ students and alumni.

The cast will include Âé¶¹¹û¶³ alumni Maggie Taylor and Chelsea Reynolds as the famous musical twins; University of Alabama students Barrett Guyton and Zacchaeus Kimbrell as  love interests Terry Connor and Buddy Foster; Âé¶¹¹û¶³ student Quincy Price as Jake, "The Cannibal King" who joins the quartet on their journey to America; and Âé¶¹¹û¶³ student Cody Hays as The Boss, the tyrannical handler of side show "freaks."
