The Shades Valley YMCA will offer evening childcare on a "Drop & Go" basis for youngsters of Âé¶¹¹û¶³ students and faculty, beginning January 5.
Students enrolled in Âé¶¹¹û¶³ evening undergraduate and graduate programs and Âé¶¹¹û¶³ After Sundown non-credit courses, as well as instructors, can drop off children, ages 6 weeks to 7 years for care 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Fees range from $10 to $15 for one child, depending on length of stay, plus extra per additional child.
Participants do not have to be a YMCA member to use the service.
Parents must complete a registration form in advance and show Âé¶¹¹û¶³ identification. Forms may be picked up at the Shades Valley YMCA, 3551 Montgomery Highway, or the Âé¶¹¹û¶³ Metro Programs office in Dwight Beeson Hall at Âé¶¹¹û¶³. For information, call the YMCA at (205) 870-9622.
