Âé¶¹¹û¶³ students will present Step Sing, the 54-year-old tradition in which competing groups sing and dance their way to the coveted Sweepstakes award, Feb. 17, 18 and 19.

Performances are at 7 p.m. each night in Wright Center Concert Hall. Ten competing groups will vie for honors. Two exhibition groups, Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority and the Âé¶¹¹û¶³ Dance Team, will also entertain.

This year's Step Sing community service project will support Sav-A-Life, Inc. Audience members may leave baby items or monetary contributions at a drop-off station in Wright Center Lobby.

Step Sing tickets are $10, Thursday; and $13 (floor) and $15 (balcony), Friday. The Saturday performance is sold out. Tickets may be purchased online at: www.samfordtickets.com. For information, call (205) 726-2345.
