Windows

1. Click on the Start Button and open Outlook.
2. Enter your Â鶹¹û¶³ email address.
3. Enter your Â鶹¹û¶³ username and password.
4. Enter the DUO Mobile code.
5. Click “Connect”.

MacOS (Setting Up an Account)

1. Open the Outlook app from the Applications folder.
2. Click “Get Started”, “Start using Outlook”, and/or “OK” if prompted.
3. Enter your Â鶹¹û¶³ email address.
4. Enter your Â鶹¹û¶³ username and password.
5. Enter the DUO Mobile code.
6. Click “Done”.

MacOS (Adding a Second Account)

1. Open the Outlook app from the Applications folder.
2. Click on “Tools” and then “Accounts”.
3. Click on the “+” button and then click “New Account…”.
4. Enter the Â鶹¹û¶³ email address.
5. Enter your Â鶹¹û¶³ username and password.
6. Enter the DUO Mobile code.
7. Click “Done”.

Android

1. Download the Outlook app from the Google Play Store.
2. Enter your Â鶹¹û¶³ email address.
3. Enter your Â鶹¹û¶³ username and password.
4. Enter the DUO Mobile code.
5. Click “Connect”.

iOS

1. Download the Outlook app from the App Store.
2. Enter your Â鶹¹û¶³ email address.
3. Enter your Â鶹¹û¶³ username and password.
4. Enter the DUO Mobile code.
5. Click “Connect”.

Using the native iOS client

1. Open the "Settings" app on your iOS device.
2. Scroll down to Mail and select it.
3. Select "Add Account."
4. Select type "Microsoft Exchange."
5. Select "Sign In" and enter your full Â鶹¹û¶³ email address. (Do not configure the settings manually.) You will then be redirected to the familiar Â鶹¹û¶³ login page.
6. Enter your Â鶹¹û¶³ username and password.
7. Enter the DUO Mobile code. our email account will synchronize, then be ready for use.
