Â鶹¹û¶³'s Departments of World Languages and Cultures and Biological and Environmental Sciences will host Spanish language and literature alumna Sarah Overby '15 for special Homecoming week events Nov. 5-6. Overby currently is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Genetics at the Universidad de Valencia, Spain. For Â鶹¹û¶³'s Biology Research Seminar Series, she will discuss her research into the molecular mechanisms behind a rare type of muscular dystrophy. The biology lecture will begin at 3 p.m. in Christenberry Planetarium (Propst Hall 140).

The World Languages and Cultures event, focused on how language skills have created opportunities for Overby, will be Nov. 5 at 3 p.m. in Russell Hall 119.
